Project Highlights:
New construction and renovation to an existing town center building totaling 50,000 SF. A pool building with indoor pool, locker rooms and support spaces was demolished and replaced with a new addition to house a new indoor pool, locker rooms and support spaces. The interior renovation included an improved wellness (OP/PT) expansion, dining area and grille, office spaces, classrooms, library, club room and salon. All construction was phased to maintain occupancy of staff and use of select adjacent spaces during construction.
