What We Do

The growing need for more efficient and faster delivery of facility-related projects has enabled JFW to develop its successful approach to Owner's Representation and Project Management services. JFW specializes in Project Management only; we practice no other discipline.

As with any construction project there is risk and uncertainty specific to timing, funding, constructibility, effectiveness for its purpose, agency requirements and contracting methods. The key role of JFW is to mitigate these risks by identifying them early and defining these issues in terms of cost, time, and program impact, thus allowing the organization to make the most informed decision possible while making the most efficient use of its available funds.
