Project Highlights:
The Capella Hotel Georgetown project entailed a
$25 million renovation and repurposing of an existing 60,000 SF office building into a world class, 5-star hotel. This included constructing 49 guest rooms with 12 extravagant suites. The entire project was completed within 9 months.
