Project Highlights:

The $20 Million renovation of the 75-year-old historic first-class hotel was completed in 4 months. The renovation included the replacement of all mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, kitchen, administration area and a reconfiguration of every guest bathroom. An additional project was completed that included renovation of the historic “Off the Record” restaurant and bar area.
