Project Highlights:

A two-phase renovation, both interior and exterior, of the community Town Center, completed over 13 months. Phase One included a new bistro, kitchen upgrades, library, lounge, music room, craft room, exterior patio and FF&E. Phase Two included a new restaurant, kitchen upgrades, sales department, lobby, restrooms, front entrance and FF&E. Close coordination and communication with the community, staff and residents occurred during this occupied renovation to mitigate resident impact and ensure that residents were able to maintain on-going use of adjacent spaces. The project was completed with savings in project contingency.
