Project Highlights:

Construction of a three-story boat club facility with full-service kitchens, taproom, ballroom, roof deck and terrace patios. Project situated in historic district and flood plain, requiring deep foundations, dewatering, environmental monitoring, archeological preservation, and close coordination with the City of Alexandria on their multi-phased waterfront master plan. Project also required close coordination with neighborhood residents, adjacent developers, and local business owners, as well as local permitting and utility authorities to keep the project running on time and on budget.
