Project Highlights:

Construction of a new 116-unit assisted living building with a salon, full-service kitchen, food service and dining areas on each floor, fitness facilities, two spas, and music and media rooms. Residents were moved in seamlessly over a period of five weeks. The project was completed with savings in the project contingency.
