The JFW Team is comprised of both professionals and administrative staff support ranging from construction managers, project management consultants, construction scheduling experts, interior design specialists, accountants, and skilled negotiating professionals. We are committed to helping our clients to establish and follow a process, manage their expectations, controlling the budget, providing satisfactory communication, managing the schedule and mitigating risk.


James F. Wilson, President
In 1992, Mr. Wilson founded JFW, Inc. to provide Owner Representative/Project Management services to his clients for their renovation/construction needs. Throughout the 26 years of his career, Mr. Wilson has personally managed the development and construction of over $300 Million of development projects, providing quality construction management and owner's representation services to clients. He often manages multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing contracts, schedules, personnel, and budgets. His forthright demeanor and faithful attention to the needs of a project have often garnered much praise and respect from clients.

C. F. "Rick" Deming, Senior Vice President/Project Executive
Mr. Deming has over 30 years of real estate development and construction experience, managing over $300 Million in development projects. Part of his demanding role is to supervise project managers and assistant project managers in support of JFW's clients. Mr. Deming also oversees research and feasibility studies, project development and manages consultant teams. As a seasoned veteran of the construction industry, Mr. Deming is fully prepared to meet the clients' objectives and address any problems that may arise during the course of the project.

Robert Waechter, Vice President/Project Executive
Mr. Waechter has 20 years in the Construction Management/General Contracting industry. His construction management experience includes: pre-construction/value engineering, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, quality control, reviewing submittals, project closeout, project management, requisitions, contract management, and resolving field issues for all types of commercial construction projects.

Thomas B. Kummer, Vice President/Project Manager
For over 25 years, Mr. Kummer has provided project oversight for projects ranging from under $1 Million to $50 Million. Mr. Kummer serves his clients by coordinating design elements with all consultants, developing budgets, maintaining cost controls of project, providing construction and contract administration including invoice and change order approvals, providing timely advice to Owners, resolving site issues and overseeing the project closeout. His clients can be confident that his knowledge and expertise will make a complicated project much easier.

Nadine Belizaire, Project Manager
For 10 years, Ms. Belizaire has garnered experience working with all aspects of the Construction Management/General Contracting industry from project and contract management, estimating, purchasing and quality control to reviewing submittals, handling project closeout, and processing requisitions. Her knowledge of both the Design and Construction phases of a project allow her to oversee all aspects of a project in a capable and timely fashion.

Solomon Campbell, Project Manager
Mr. Campbell has over 10 years experience in Construction Management/General Contracting industry managing detailed schedules and cost estimates for JFW projects as well as activities that map out design, permitting, construction and project close-out. His attention to detail provides a valuable service to both the Project Manager and his clients.

Danny Muttamara, Assistant Project Manager
Mr. Muttamara has 5 Years in the Construction Management/General Contracting industry with experience overseeing project and contract management, estimating, purchasing and quality control. He has also aided in the process of reviewing submittals, handling project closeout, and processing requisitions. Mr. Muttamara has a solid foundation in the basics needed to support a Project Manager by providing much needed assistance in the many details necessary to keep a project running smoothly.
